Al Perez is a captivating singer/songwriter and soulful performer known for his "tragically sexy" pop-rock fusion.
Whether commanding the stage solo with his signature Breedlove Jumbo acoustics or touring with his premiere five-piece band, his music transcends genres. His sound provides something for everyone, featuring tones ranging from light rock to R&B, all grounded with a singer-songwriter flair and just a touch of Latin flavoring. He draws deep musical inspiration from legends like Bill Withers, Marvin Gaye, Boz Scaggs, Smokey Robinson, and Prince.
Since 1997, Al has been a staple of the Northwest music scene, releasing four full-length albums and thrilling audiences at festivals and clubs across the USA, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Represented by Warrior Records, his reach continues to grow, recently touring the UK as the opening act for Nine Below Zero’s 40th Anniversary Tour. His next full-length album is set for release in late 2026 under Pezzbro Records.
